Title: Latenight talk radio. NU offense.
Post by: opcat on August 20, 2007, 12:07:42 PM
One of the talk shows i listen while going to sleep said NU and Callahan are a joke because Cally runs the west coast offense and it's way too complicated for college football. Also said Cally was overrated because he hasn't beaten anyone and that USC will beat them.

Don't we run a version of the WC offense?

...and that USC will beat them.

sounds like you were listening to a genius to make that prediction.

People forget too that NU has to go on the road to Wake Forest before the USC game. Wake won the ACC last year, not sure what they bring back, but thats no gimme game either.

Wake's ACC title was a little overblown given their schedule.  They lose the heart of their D in Abbate who left early (only to not get drafted LOL).  Skinner, their QB, was a freshman last year (I think) and played OK.  They will be OK but not great.

I think he had a brother die or something like that and wanted to essentially get away from Wake since he had so many memories of him being around the program.  Not exactly LOL material.

You're right, LOFL.
