I was looking at the future schedules on kstatesports.com and a few things confused me.
When did we add the home and home with Virginia Tech? I missed that news.
Also, how do they work the rotation with the Big XII games? Specifically, we have a couple of years where we play Nebraska at the end of the year and then they change to the very first conference game. Why aren't all of our north opponents (more important games) at the end of the schedule and the south teams at the start?

Maybe thats why he's called scary smart. The scheduling is just to advanced for us.

Who is called crazy smart? What are you talking about? Can you read my questions?

Sorry I meant scary smart. and no I cannot answer your question. Like I said I think to much goes into these schedules (TV, coach preferance, confrence availability, best allocated time to make the most money) anymore to be able to predict.

So did everyone know that we have a home and home with Virginia Tech and I'm the only one that missed it?
-
Yes

I've already lined up a Hokie buddy to hit Blacksburg with.

The big 12 creates the conferance schedules... we really have no say in them. I think they have a computer generate 20 or so schedules with certain requirements filtering things that are and a are not possible... like a team having all away games or all home games; then coaches rank them according to their favs and everyone's input is taken into consideration when the schedules are finalyzed. They are then set in stone for the next 8 or so years. We really don't have any say in them, nor does any other big 12 school. Bitching about conf schedules is really pointless.
