KSU didn't offer either.
4 star Liberal Kenny Wilson...looked terrible for Nubb last year.
The other...ran for 1,229 yards last year in a BCS conference.

Yeah!! We got Marlon Lucky!! Yeah!! We got Jonas Gray!!

I love the fact that Wilson pretty much only has one leg.
Great decision, moron.

If Kenny would've qualifyed out of HS (would've been a miracle) we actually had a pretty good shot at him.
Thank god he didn't.....
& I'm glad Prince had no interest in him coming out of Butler C.C. (no brainer)

Callahan has an amazing way of completely ruining talent.
He recruits wonderfully, but can't do a damn thing with it.
Solich on the other hand couldn't recruit, but won a lot of games. (In the year he was fired, Nebraska won ten games. Callahan has yet to win ten, despite the addition of an extra noncon game, and the Big XII north being infinitely weaker than when Solich was coaching.)
Which is the better choice?

I think Wilson actually has or at least had quite a bit of talent. Not as much as the idiot Huskers were saying after he signed but at least before his injury he was a big fast dude. I kind of feel sorry for him I think he was misguided by his JC coach at Butler who steered him to NU when they were already stocked at RB. I think it was a case of the JC coach worrying more about his connections at NU then about what was best for his player.

Wilson is big and fast...and that's about it.

Kenny Wilson was injured all of last year (knee). He played on it, but it affected his play. He was a decent enough running back despite that. I'm hoping that he can recover from his fracture enough to play again.

Ryan Torain played at my High School. Freaking stud. The only reason he wasn't rated high out of high school was because all the colleges knew he couldn't qualify, he was dumb as a box of rocks. but he could ball. him and mike rivera were in the same class and that was the last time my school had any type of success. Did we try for Torain? i sure hope we did. he'll be in the nfl, no doubt.

It's ridiculous how much better Leon Patton and James Johnson are in comparison to NU's losers.

Out of curiosity, what was James Johnson's YPC average?

Classy comment.

Wilson is a damn good RB. He got 67 yards against USC despite a limited knowledge of the playbook. He was behind two future NFL players and his time was coming this year. Unfortunately he got a terrible leg infection and related injury that has sidelined him for the year. We'll see how funny you think he is next year when he's runninig down your midget defense' throat. You don't have one player on your team that would start for Nebraska right now.
21-3.

Wilson had 19 carries for 46 yards against USC, that's 2.4 YPC.
His best conference rushing performance was 33 yards against ku.
