Title: Nubb behind us?

Just cruising around the internet(s) and noticed this

For those who don't want to open it, this site projects Nubb and BIG 12 No. 7 and K-State as Big 12 No. 6

Two reasons this poll blows:  1) They have The Corn in two different bowls.  (Well, if Keller is as good as they say, maybe Nebraska will only be able to be beaten by two teams at the same time.)
2)They have ku in a bowl.  With that predication they have lost all credibility.  Saying ku will be in a bowl this year is like saying Haley's comet will make it's second appearance in a decade.  Ain't gonna happen.

ku will be in a bowl. Have you SEEN that schedule? Mangino could play WR and they'd win.

This should Mangino's breakthrough season....if he can't get to a bowl with this pathetic schedule there are only two options for Perkins

1.  fire him immediately
2.  give him a giant raise and extend his contract

which one will he choose?

ku will certainly be bowl eligible.  They may not get selected for a bowl, but they will be eligible.

If they melt down and aren't eligible, Perkins send Mangino off into the sunset with a lifetime supply of sloppy joes.  If they are eligible and don't get selected, Mangino packs with beans and franks.

If they make a bowl game, Perkins grumbles and Mangino stays.

I am the master of the obvious.
