So you can't even sign up a 2-star TE prospect? And Western Michigan beat you guys out for him? That's the funniest thing I've ever heard.

Is Western Michigan even a Division I school? That Ron Prince hire is sure working out well for you guys...

Josh Freeman. 1st season for Prince 7-6, previous season with Snyder going 5-6. 1st season for Callahan 5-6, previous season going 9-4 with HCFS.

The funny think about college football is that teams don't play teams from other years.

How many classes full of two star recruits does Prince need before he can compete with Nebraska?

Even if you continue to improve, which, given your problems recruiting I doubt.....Nebraska is getting better every year. So even if you do make marginal improvements each year, Nebraska will continue to be better.

Did any of you read the preview in the media guide? Although Mack is listed as a TE/WR, the preview lists him with the WRs and described him as a slot receiver. There is no mention of him amongst the TEs. I bring this up because TE coach Frank Leonard told some folks at the camp that they are bringing in 3 TEs in the 2008 recruiting class. I am skeptical and was thinking they would hold off on the third one until much later in the winter to see how the rest of the class shakes out and what needs they have by then. On the other hand, Prince likes to use a lot of 2 and 3 TE sets, so it wouldn't surprise me.

FWIW, one of the guys at the camp said C-Bass will start as a true freshman, and he really liked Tannahill more for the H-back spot.

He competed with them last year and will probably beat them this year so, I don't know if you want to consider that 0 yrs, or 1 yr...you can decide which number you want in your little world.
