Interesting article. Assuming the kids are buying into the program, and there is no reason not to believe that, the discussions of Snyder and his style are interesting. I think it's fair to say that as he got older, he surrounded himself with older people who had his philosophy, but not necessarily the same zeal.
Two different era's, but the thing to remember that Snyder did something no one else could do, and that's put KSU on the scene. We were woefully bad and in danger of dropping to Div-IAA in football.
A nice article though, about what his philosophy is.
