That could be fun.
Will Mayo/Walker/Beasley/Pope be attending any tourneys in the area?
Any idea if Mayo will rejoin D1 Greyhounds?
-
Yes. I'm going to either ABCD in Teaneck, N.J. or Bob Gibbons in North Carolina.
The shoe issue is out of control, by the way. I'll probably tackle that this summer, too.
Didn't answer your other questions. This weekend, the LeBron Classic is being played in Akron. I think that's the closest.
Mayo will rejoin the Greyhounds, but he'll probably play a few tourneys with the Tropics, too. I think he's going to be a bit of a free agent in the coming months.

How much are shoes affecting Walker, Beasley, and Pope? Does the interest drop off much for those guys?
How does Mayo compare to Greg Oden in the eyes of the shoe companies? Is the competition as shady/fierce with Oden?

I was told Mayo, Walker and Pope would be at ABCD, which is sponsored by Reebok. Now, that doesn't necessarily mean anything, but then again. ...
I don't know how he compares. I do know that Oden is considered by many as far and away the best high school player in the country. Some - no, a lot of people are thinking he'll be Player of the Year in college basketball next year as a freshman.
