What is the easiest way to cancel a Rivals subscription?

I believe I found my new home for info.

If you would like to upgrade or cancel your membership, please call 1-866-2-RIVALS anytime Monday through Friday, 8:30AM-5PM CST.

So pretty much you can sign up whenever its convenient for you, but you can only cancel during the day. Which most people are at work, some not around a phone. Ya MJRod you will have a new premium member

Is there a trial period for the premium?  I would probably join if the forum wasn't littered with the 3 year old type of posts that dominate this forum.  Just wondering what that forum is like compared to these.  Thanks.
