Another CFL update...
Bishop comes in in the 4th quarter for Toronto, taking over for legendary CFL qb damon allen (marcus allen's little bro) and second drive he is in he drives the team 80 yards on 5 passes (absolute frozen ropes) on bootlegs for a TD. The other team (#1 D in league) is scared out of their minds of him running wild, so he's picking them apart.
On his next drive, he threw a 65 yard pass (in the air) rolling to his left off his back foot....but it got called back on a effing penalty.
Watching him play again is taking me back to the glory days of '97 and '98. :lick: :notworthy:
p.s. he is in the process of leading Toronto to a comeback victory...announcers have used "electrifying" numerous times.
O and Frank Murphy is a WR for Toronto too...4 catches about 30 yards. No gold grill anymore though :'(

David Allens little brother? You sure about that? :blank:

Haha...how about marcus allen's little bro. Had '98 ksu on the mind. :-[

TSN the pride of saskatchewan canada...weak knockoff of espn.
(p.s. i'm actually in canada so thats why i get to watch him every week)
He was awesome in the 3 series he had, and announcers were saying they wouldnt be surprised if he just grabbed the starting job.
His comeback fell short due to another holding penalty :crybaby:

Jealous.
Anyone who thinks Bishop wasn't the greatest KSU QB of all time as well as the #2 Big XII QB of all time is wrong.
And to think, I almost backed my car into Bish while he was listening to headphones and walking through the Union parking lot the Friday before the KSU/UT Ricky Williams shut down game. Had I actually hit him, my car probably would have been totaled. :'(

as if there is any doubt???? I mean, had it happened I'd have found you out and beat your car into a piece of metal pulp myself, so you can put that question to rest. :eyeseeyou:
