Post by: plaincat killed himself on June 01, 2007, 12:19:54 PM: I've torn an ACL. He may be exaggerating the pain, but overall it's pretty accurate.

My physical therapist would lean on my leg to try to help me break the scar tissue. It was not pleasant and it didn't work. They finally had to put me back under anesthesia and bend it for me. They told me that it sounded like a tree limb breaking.
