Title: The prophet, BP, on Kristof

"He is a Power Forward without POWER! >210# and slight frame to build on,
can score 18' and in via a weak J.C. Conference, I doubt that he can
get those shots in a High Major league!

Mid-Major on his best day."

I can never be certain exactly what he says, but I am pretty sure that is not good.

BP sounds like a big homer.

BP sounds like a big homer.

Not really.  He's actually pretty fair in his analysis.

He doesn't seem like a big Prince fan and makes subtle jabs at the football program from time to time for example.

Kristof, right?  Not VD?  The first time I read this, I thought he was talking about VD.

I just can't imagine that the analysis would have been the same had he chosen KSU.

IIRC, it was similar when he wasn't committed anywhere.

Ballsplayer said VD is an average defender and not much of a rebounder, but he likes his shooting range.

I'm just glad that Kristof didn't choose K-State!  And the reason why is that I think that analysis is pretty much dead on.  Kristof is more of a wing player with a bad shot than an inside player.  That's not saying that Victor is going to be a world beater but at least he has some bulk, is willing to bang around inside, and has a nice outside shot...

This is exactly the same analysis I put together when describing/analyzing Kristof's game.

I think we pulled Kristoff's offer and went in another direction awhile ago.  BP has been saying we can do better every since he visited here last fall.  The guy makes a living scouting JC hoops so I'll take his word at least when it comes to JC players.
