Beasley and.... Bill "Lester" Walker?
Top shelf...Let's see, ukan had the #1 class a few years back and how many 1ndun lotto winners were there = 0. Ju "I'll be back (to get)" Ju will likely go lottery and Rush the limp wristed dad may go late first rd -- of their softmore seasons.
C'mon BMW strap on that argyle, go to Sonic and bring it like you mean it.

i'm starting to love cubs more and more every day
-
f92 isn't a true cub, he just doesn't post much.
-
When did the cub post count change?
Didn't it used to be non-cub after 100 posts?
-
The Powercats have gone down too.
-
I'm guessing that enough of the more retarded cubs (hi) were approaching non-cub status, that the admin felt the bar had to be bumped. To 1000.
kono
P.S.

i think i used to be considered more than just a second string wildcat as well.
edit - oops, i'm not even second string, just a junior.
-
note to sys: sometime in the next 1409 posts you will be awarded a new powercat and second string wildcat status. :hope:
-
piss, you are one of just 12 posters with more posts than me. mgmt is stingy with the labels.
-
note to sys: i was just trying to encourage you in a time i thought you might need it, not mocking your collection of powercats or the fact that you are a junior wildcat in stature. :blank:
-
thanks, pc. when i make it to the second tier, i'll be thinking of you.
-
I'm a cub again?
Jeeze. :'(
-
I guess I gossa post more. :blahblah:

-
annnnnnnnnnnnnnd 100! whooo! :ksu: i'm not a cub anymo...r..e. WTF!
I am going to be a cub a long time at the rate i am posting, oh well slow and stead wins the race.
also, all jokes aside, walker will be a lottery pick. :eyeseeyou:
-
Just a post to see if I'm a cub again,
and I am!
-
Well, shucks. If Cartier ain't gonna be a lottery pick, I reckon' no one else on the team ain't gonna be one neither.
-
Maybe a first rounder but definitely not a lottery pick. Walker will not be a 2 in the nba because of his shooting and skill level and he is not big enough to play a 3. I predict he will he will have a somewhat difficult time in the nba because he is kind of a tweener, an athletic as hell undersized 3. There aren't many 6'4" 3's in the nba. jmo
-
Bill will work on his shot for an extra year and go lottery.
Beas = Top 3 pick
:hope:
-
D-Sutton may end up having lottery potential.

D-Sutton may end up having lottery potential.
Sure, man. Why the hell not?
-
Had Walker been able to go straight from high school, he would've been a lottery pick. Now, the pros are waiting to see how the knee injury heals, and if the explosiveness is still there. Of course, the longer you hang around college, the more they look for the warts and the less they draft on potential. They will look more closely at his long range game and ball handling this year than they would've if he could've gone before last year. Still, if his explosiveness is back he is a lottery pick either this year or next.
-
Good point. Another way of putting it is that NBA teams feel they increasingly know more about your potential the longer you play in college. After next season, Walker will still only have had one year of college play. This means that the factor of potential will still be pretty high.

Jesus Christ our players keep shrinking. By the time the season starts we won't have anyone over 6 ft.
-
Walker would not have been a lottery pick out of high school. And he is a lot closer to 6"4" than 6'6".
-
Well, if Walker is only 6'4" and 1st round non-lottery pick, it seems that we have all been duped and should have rallied around Wools.

How much closer? is he like... 6'4 2/5" ? or is it more like 6' 4 7/8"? Exactly how tall is he?
-
Sorry guys, don't know the exact length of Walker. Just have heard from an NBA scout about that and also my previous comment on his position/drafting/etc.
-
Sorry guys, don't know ...
Clearly

You're right nancat, I think I just got that Walker was listed as a lottery pick, or ranked in that position by NBADraftExpress, or one of those sites that ranked players. I'm sure you know better.
