With Strength Coach Kent...

Picture taken at last night's open practice, TE drill.....look at Rashaad!!!!!!! He is getting very bulky and is already 6'5" and each and every year catching more & more balls....Could be deadly to opponents this year..
Also, Pooschke has lost weight which is good because last year he was too slow to run down a ball & catch it...
Kent

You're making more flawed assumptions than I can name with this stuff.
-
Also, this just shows how badly we needed a change in the Strength Coordinator position w/ Rod Cole being stuck in the 1980's workout systems...
Kent's bringin' sexy back!!! 8)

I care more about our offensive/defensive line right now than anything.
D-line: We don't have a problem with pass rush. We have a problem with run defense.
O-line: We have a problem with pretty much everything.

you said a mouthful.
i'd settle for a crappy ol that doesn't blow assignments.
i can handle not being dominating, but the blown assignments kill drives.

What do you expect, they play football.

Don't get too freaked out by the spring game OL. There are only 2 guys capable of playing OT (Alesana and Stringer) on the roster now, and they will not be participating. Prince will have to roll out 4 guys at OT who have no business trying to block Jackson and Campbell, etc. It could get ugly.
I think the 4 most likely guys to play OT in the spring game (depending on how the draft goes) would be
1. Spexarth, who is horrible at tackle and gets beat at least 80% of the time
2. Zach Lucas, hard-working walkon who belongs on the scout team and deserves our love, much like Rudy
3. Brock unruh, a guard
4. eh, Derek Meyer perhaps, who showed last year that he isn't god-awful, but he really can't consistently get the job done in space and thus was moved inside to guard.
Right now, there are a total of 10 O-Linemen who are mostly healthy enough to suit up for the spring game. If anyone gets hurt between now and the game, some guys will have to play both ways or they will have to "borrow" some DL and slap them on the OL. Also, don't be too hard on Rooker -- he will be playing injured.
