The ombudsman, a woman.  LOL.  Anyway - good article...just really, really long.  Are ombudspeople often aspiring novelists?

Heh.  She said "cocksure."  Top ten favorite word.  :thumbsup:

I definitely like this one better than the stiff who used to hold that office.  He was rarely sure of anything.
