Title: Clock rule went back to the way it was prior to 2006.

I heard that a couple weeks back.  It was stupid to change it in the first place.

That makes sense, especially since the teams have a couple minutes worth of a free time out every time.  And it still doesn't take away from the added seconds for a late game comeback.
