Title: Ichiro to be a Red Sox by the end of the year.

Heard this from a friend who knows someone in the Seattle organization.  Anyone else heard anything on this?

Not really, but I did read this quote earlier not sure it has anything to do with him being traded.

He's talking about Dice-K and it's translated, not by me, so it's a bit rough.

"I hope he arouses the fire that's dormant in the innermost recesses of my soul."

This rumor started during spring training. The plan was to trade Man Ram for Ichiro straight up.
