$70 for a football game?  I understand why it's that high, but it's still kind of crazy.

Where do you see it for $70.00 a game?   Is that in specific sections or what?

It was mentioned on one of the "other" sites.

We add 2 games, but student prices stay the same.

 :hookem:

Nothing wrong w/charging 70 bucks for NU/T.U games.

Simple economics.

How does the young alumni stuff work?  can you only get tickets in the south endzone?

I think the young alumni seats are up top on the east side. You had to graduate in the last 2 years.

It will interesting to see how Prince schedules. Will he accept one-time deals or 2-for-1's with someone like Notre Dame? Will he completely destroy the myth of not getting home-and-home's with big name schools because of money? Cool to see that the Lousiville series has been verified. Definitely a nice addition.

I think a weak Big East makes Louisville more open to home/home's with KSU than someone like Penn State or Notre Dame.  Maybe USC would consider playing us again?

It's funny that people still actually believe that Notre Dame is afraid to play us.

I personally like our schedule next year. I like the fact that we will have a test before conference play in the form of Louiseville.  I think its a possiblility of us being 9-1 before the Texas game.  I would be satisfied with a 8-4 season next year as long as we beat ku.   All I really want next year is to be back into the National Spotlight in a good since (say being ranked) and not being that team that gets demolished in against a good team like Texas.

I am curious to the defense.

We aren't really getting the big beefy front guys we're going to need.

If we assume that we are going to run a variation of the Tampa 2 D, the more than likely, we'll end up 3-4 defense.   Our current players will fit that mold pretty well, and getting some fast corners also helps.

I am predicting 8-4 as a good start because our current roster has good players.

"8-4 most likely, but I'm betting 10-2."

I could probably get great odds for 10-2, not sure I would want to put the money down though.

My prediction might change after the spring game (planning my trip now), but right now I like 7-5 or 8-4.

Outside of Illinois State I really like the challenge the OOC should provide.

I'm leaning towards the 8 - 4 right now to.

I figure we either lose the Marshall or Loiusville game mainly becasue of the whole new coach new system problems we will have early in the seaons.

The other 3 most likely losses then are Nubb, @ CU and Texas.  If it takes longer than I hope to get the new systems in place then we probably drop one or two more games.
