google billy gillespie dui el paso.  he has been arrested twice on dui charges.  the second time in el paso, the first was in tulsa, he refused a breathalyzer test (he had a prostitute in the car with him) and was arested the following day. he was going thw wrong way down a one way street. said he was lost...he-he

This sounds like something that needs to be posted on the Kentucky Hillbully Forum... after all, folks need to know.
