From the NY Times:

“Where’s the loyalty?” said Sonny Vaccaro, who has served as an adviser to Walker. “Here’s a case where a young person was again put in jeopardy for the benefit of others who should have known better. The adults have the freedom to break every heart in the world. The young kids don’t have the freedom to do anything. This is wrong.”

Atleast people understand our pain.  Whats ESPN saying?  Guessing not much cause it's ESPN and they hate KSU but who knows

Wilbaun from PTI says we should release our players. Pat Forde says Huggins is a scumbag. Gottlieb says K-State is equally guilty because of the low buyout and everyone sold the decision of Huggs leaving on Around the Horn.

No. We didn't have a buyout in case we were the ones that fired him for conflict detrimental to the image of kansas state. The buyout would have been higher on the next contract but we didn't know how well our experiment would work. That is why the buyout was so low.

Buyout wouldn't have mattered.  WVU had $2.5 million they got from Michigan that they could have spent on a buyout.


Gottlieb knows better...a higher buyout just means you have to steal a few more credit cards to pay it.
