John Cornish RB Cornish (5-11½, 202) ran his 40s in 4.52 and 4.56 seconds, and the short shuttle in 4.27. He also had a 35½-inch vertical jump seven bench presses. He stood on his Combine performances in the broad jump and three-cone drill.
Do they not lift weights?

the degree to which we fell off physically is mind boggling.

our lb's reps didn't really concern me but the Low 4.7's in the 40 tells it all. Terry Pierce ran in the 4.6's and I remember thinking damn, what a tortoise.
