I've been trying to look at lists and find a guy who could be a new possibility and off the radar.  While its fun to look at the top whatever for each position, I also am trying to find possible connections and none of those guys seem legit for bigmen, though we may not know.  There are several unsigned/uncommitted FL JUCO bigs out there that could be possibilities with the Martin/Underwood connections down there.

Van Coleman lists us w/ Diarra.  He's not the best, but he did nail Marcus Denmon before anyone else.

Interesting.  Lot's of clever things you can do with a name like "Mamadou" just like those clever Baylor fans have figured out. :)

He (they) also rated NU with the #1 class in the Big 12, so I read him with a grain of hoopscoop salt.

Charlie Coley is from Florida, actually the same area as Fred Brown and played for the same AAU squad. And now is a Dodge city JUCO.

Also, didnt someone say Huggs was looking at Barry Everhart from Coffeyville.

Yeah, I think Coley is in play as well.  I was just picking some random FL JUCO players from one of jucojunction's lists.

coley does not have a ksu offer and won't receive one.  per Garth Gardiner.

some recruiting analyst mentioned not long ago that diarra is down to usc and one other school.  i don't recall the second school for sure.  i think bu or uconn.  it wasn't osu.

Hopefully Huggs can build a fence around Kansas as far as JUCOs go.
