that's how i do it too, it makes it last longer even though each slice is approximately one inch wide at it's widest point.

my local grocer only stocks pepperoni, sausage, and combo (sausage+pep).

how about some variety, huh?!  it's the spice of life you know!

check out your local wal-mart brah, thx me later
it's people like you that are killing small business on the plaza #smdh

also, what's the DEAL with pepperoni cubes?  how do they get a little cube from a circular flat piece of pepperoni?

cube pepperoni is a little weird.  what's weirder about their pepperoni is that it has chicken, pork, and beef, in it.

cdubs - let's talk about your dough recipe

DOUGH INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 teaspoons rapid rise yeast (1 packet)
1 cup warm water
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil

In a large bowl, combine water and yeast and stir until the yeast is dissolved. Add in flour, honey, salt, and olive oil and use a wooden spoon to combine. Once the ingredients are well combined with the spoon, use your hands to knead the dough for a few minutes. Form the dough into a ball, and let it rest for 10 minutes. Pre-heat your oven to 450 degrees and spray a 16 inch pizza pan with non-stick cooking spray. Roll the dough out into a 16 inch circle. Roll the edges of the dough. Combine 2 tablespoons olive oil with Italian seasoning and brush the entire crust with this mixture. Place the crust in the oven for 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and add sauce, cheese, and toppings. Return the pizza to the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is crispy and the cheese is melted. Cut into slices and enjoy!

Recipe: http://www.centercutcook.com/fast-easy-pizza-dough/

*Some notes*

*I mix it in a ninja blender, takes about 10 seconds
*Definitely do the 8 minute pre-cooked on this crust if making a pizza, but obviously not possible for calzones. It came out slightly doughy on the calzone crust, but a few extra minutes should solve that.
*This isn't anything special, but it's a tasty homemade dough for sure.

try it with more water, no oil, no honey.  less yeast, much longer rise/fermentation.

thanks, that's a pretty straight forward dough.  i like to bake and have been working on my dough recipe for about a decade.
like sys said, another good way is to go for a longer fermentation/cold rise. much easier.  just grease a bowl, throw the dough into it and set it in your fridge overnight.  no conditioner/sugar is required.

i use 00 flour, salt, yeast, water.  making bread/pizza dough is fun.  00 flour can be tough to find and expensive, bread flour is good too, more protein, less fine of a mill.

Ah, sounds good 'clams. The one above is just our simple "hey, just got home from work. Let's have pizza in the next hour." recipe.

Bonus is we get to use the honey from our own hives.

anyone ever chow down on some schwan man personal 'za?

i bet i ate about 3 of these a week growing up.  confession time: i'd always pick off a frozen onion piece or two to eat before i tossed it in the microwave.
