Yes and no. I don't have any problem peeing outside during the day, I just don't like to do it out of concern of getting arrested for indecent exposure or something like that. No problem with the act itself, just don't want to deal with the reprocussions of offending someone.

no i'm not. but it feels more right at night. the later (or sometimes earlier i guess) the better imo. 3-5 am is perfect.

oh my god, no greater feeling then a fall evening backyard piss. seriously, feels great after coming home from a W at BSFS and drop trousers at my tree, and just let all of that 4 hr old ale flow.
