What is this guy's and the military's story?  Pro US?  anti? 

Why evac if the thing is over?  I would assume this means that US is not happy about this change and/or US expects this to be a long ways from over and that it is expected that crap will be getting realer than real immediately?

I mean, it should be rebel party time yet we went from lol'ing at crazy scooter ppl to G'ingTFO of their faces.
