What I saw was she was not gone but moving to take over The Undefeated.  Still probably a demotion.

yeah definitely best for everyone involved to have fewer black women in roles in a field dominated by white men

Compared to the sportscenter 6PM broadcast in recent history, no. It's worth noting that ratings for a 6:00 highlight show are such that FS1 just out right got rid of theirs.
