How do you cure them? The lower half of my right eyelid has been twitching for like 3 months. Very annoying.

Stop drinking. Or start drinking. One of those things will cure it.
Where did you get that overnight bag?

you're stressed and or dehydrated. fix those and it will go away. edit to add maybe computer overuse.

Bicep twitch.  Am I dehydrated too?  I assume any muscle twitch is caused by that.

If the levels of either of these get too low, replenish your supplies.

it means you're about to snap.  once you kill a few drifters you should be back to normal.

Get better sleep.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

Either you need glasses/stronger script on current glasses, or the light in you work area is bad.

Jerking too much or too violently. Either way, take it easy.

Lack of sleep/too much stress.  Sleep is the cure.

If you just want to stop the symptom rather than address the underlying problem, a botox injection will stop the twitch.

It sounds like you're not drinking enough.
