stunner is 100% correct. for women, money is infinitely more important than a man's looks. only a poor person would suggest otherwise.
Stunner stated that it did not matter. How much it matters is a question of degree, but it unquestionably matters. I don't dispute the fact that some hideous toad of a man with boat loads of money can get a 10 to marry him, but I also know that that 10 will often be banging a dude or dudes on the side that she actually finds sexually attractive. Pool boy, tennis instructor, etc. Looks matter to women no matter how much ugly guys wish it weren't true. Take money out of the equation and there's no debate. Given equal finances, Chris Hemsworth wins out over Jeff Bezos or Mark Zuckerberg any day of the fucking week. Those two goofy looking fuckers could only pay their way into a beautiful woman's pants.
I think you watch too much TV. There are so many things wrong with this...
This is not complicated. I am not saying it is THE factor for women, but it is a factor. It's simply a question of dergree. You cannot honestly say that all else being equal a woman wouldn't prefer a man she is physically attracted to. That's fucking ludicrous to suggest otherwise. I am getting the feeling that there might be a few below-the-bar looking fellows posting round these parts. "No dude the ladies ONLY care about my money and my status, oh and also I'm funny." Sure. All the ladies get wet for dumpy bodies and homely faces.
Attractiveness is definitely a factor. I was making the comment on watching too much TV because of the pool boy/tennis instructor affair and Mark Zuckerberg could only buy his way into a hot girls pants remarks. The guy just got married to his girlfriend of 9 years, so talking like he is some sort of player who just uses money to get in girls pants is fucking stupid. I have no problem with the attractiveness comments, just the "ugly guys can't get with women unless they're rich" comments.
i'm just going to go ahead and solve the mystery for everyone here. you have to be both good looking and have money.
i'd say it's about 40% looks, 40% smarts/sense of humor, & 20% money. when i've turned 30 and have gotten desperate for a guy to pay off my credit card debt & grad school loans, i may have changed my mind though. i might make some concessions in the looks arena. my current position on the matter is purely from the opinion of someone at her peak SMV age.
