scoops, as goEMAW.com board contributor, I administer the first screening round for new moderator applications. I will need a resume (either here or via PM) and at least 2 references. If your qualifications meet our current needs (and let's be honest, with scoops this is merely a formality) a board moderator will contact you for a second round of screening.
