When we add 2 more schools I could care less about their basketball prowess

That's what I'm concerned about.  The Big 12 needs a program like Louisville or Memphis to challenge KU.  Football is a dying sport and has already maxed out its profitability.  Basketball is a much more popular sport internationally and is just going to get bigger.
Man, this is just great trolling.

Richmond was up by 3 with 5 seconds left and lost by 5.

These things happen. It pains me, but they do.
Only when one player shoots eleven FT in five seconds of game time because of bad officiating.

Got some late night grub last night. The girl at the cash register forgot to make it a combo ( :kstategrad:). Ended up with a full order of fries because of her mistake!

So... did Joe eventually drop the PFS like he said he would? Or was Hunter unable to go three months w/o tweeting about him? I need closure!

Peggy Po's!

eff you.

Nancy Neg's

I let my angry down for one Saturday snoozer and those fucking pokes drop a deuce on us.  This is the most demoralizing home loss that I've missed since Lavender.

At first I thought that taller guards were what hurt ClemPull, but Keiton Page?  That zit faced, pocket-sized hick put a lock down on us all game.

eff you Dom.  I'm sorry, but that was pathetic.

eff you JamSam.  That was awful.

eff you guards and wings.  You cannot throw an entry pass.

Frank got the clown pants put on him by T-Ford's 2-3 and 1-3-1.  Our offense looked pathetic and even when we were able to dribble drive, we did not crash in for put backs.

eff you OOD, that was terrible effort.  I know it is a 3 o'clock against a ho-hum, but the second half was just awful.  I KNOW that it is hard to get in the game, but the Booing and heckling should have been thick as a Sharon Collins thigh.  After the warning for throwing bottle caps (Who the hell throws bottle caps?) it was all down hill.

This sucks, back to scrapping for 3rd I guess.  This was a brick to the face.
Elite.

my first post on ksufans was brandon rush's phone number.

I think mine was something along the lines of "What does GRCOAT mean?" as that is about when I joined during GRCOAT's peak.

the days of GRCOAT were my prime

mocat's first post:

Don’t know if anyone else thinks this, but CK looks exactly like Private Bubba from Forrest Gump.  I talked to CK after the game and asked him to break down his performances in the last few games for me. This is what he said:

Rebound shrimp
Foul shrimp
Travel shrimp
Spin move shrimp
Missed free throw shrimp
Lane violation shrimp
Elbow jump shot shrimp
Moving pick shrimp
Sky hook shrimp
My leg hurts shrimp
Another travel shrimp
Another lane violation shrimp
My leg feels better shrimp
Block shrimp
Assist shrimp
Get caught out of position on defense shrimp
Yell while jumping in the air and losing the ball shrimp
Swinging of incredibly long arms shrimp
Layup shrimp
Celebrate the layup by yelling shrimp
 That thread and the poster that mocat has become today are wonderful examples of what PI'ing can do.

That was the loudest Bramlage had ever been for a minute.

I would argue the 'Gruds finish against Texas and the Beas dunk against ku were louder. I believe the loudest it has ever been while on defense, was at the 11-10 minute mark when collins was bringing up the ball.

i wonder if i made the ku lowercase or if the filter did. regardless, some great analysis, unnecessary comma notwithstanding.
:dubious: I still disagree with you.

Glad to be here. However, my stay will be shore if I am not allowed access to the Super Secret Message Board thing or whatever. I'm for realz.

Pretty elite typo with the Hawaiian thread title and all.

Who is Julie Haynes? Does she own DRINX?

edit: I goog'd it and she owns so long/lucha, which are great of course.

Honestly the only bars I would actively hate on are Karma (lol), DRINKX, and MOJOs.

EDIT: I googled more and she owns(?) rockabelly but im not sure about anything else. this is hard.

EDIT: what concepts did who develop
She's had her hands in more than that. She used to be involved with Harry's, with Mae's at one point, I think with the Palace and maybe Bluestem at some point. She gets around. To my knowledge, she was also responsible for the interior designing of Bolo's and Lucha.

On another note... there was a rumor for awhile that Karma Lounge would serve Indian food. Is this not going to come to fruition?  :frown:

There is literally like one single person that should be allowed permission to develop bar concepts for Manhattan, KS and her name is Julie Haynes.
Aside from the name of their flagship bar, the group that owns Kathouse/Station do a pretty good job.

Just realized that I know the owners of Keltic Star :sdeek:

Used to work with Darren(GM) at Tubby's and his Parents(Owners?) are awesome. The mom is straight up irish and was always partying and talking real fast in an irish accent, I could barely tell what she was saying half the time  :D

Can confirm.
You actually cannot; she's Welsh.

Yeah don't really care about her nationality was referring to the fact that she's a rummie.
Oh, well you can definitely confirm that.  :drink: <-- Mrs. Darren's mom

Think it's replacing Doughboy's.

It reminds me of a twitter argument I had recently about Clent Stewart. His point was that Clent was a great player, my argument was that Clent was what we as K-State fans thought was great back then.
Enter KK in 3...2...

66
guys those are the 14 varsity sports k-state competes in...i should have said that in the first post, my bad, my bad.

you should edit the op so that people don't come in here thinking you are a huge dumbass.

done and done
fwiw, I read your post after the edit and you still seem like a huge dumbass

Can one of you poors tell me how much gas is now compared to a year ago or maybe the election?  I just drive to the gas station when I need gas, stick the pump in my car,  and then put it back when it goes click.   :driving:
Heh, I pay someone to do that for me.  :gocho:

Try it with salt around the rim and then it's a salty dog.  :lick:

this 8 bit 4 pak is meh, really trying to get to the single-wide in the fridge.
Big fan of 8-Bit on tap but I don't really care for any Tallgrass beers out of the can for some reason.  :dunno:

I love my birthday and I love telling everyone it's my birthday and throwing a party together in which everyone celebrates how awesome I am and buys me drinks for it.
Just did this. Can confirm.

Good grief, waks. I have no idea what kind of cake to post for you besides a trivia cake, or a passed out KK cake, so maybe we should hang out more since we're real life best buds and for your next birthday I'll be able to find a cake of substance for you.

Emawblast, have we met?

It's settled, then. We need to encourage people who would rather secede than live in the US anymore to just pack up their guns and conquer Somalia.
Or we could just hang all of them for treason and improve our literacy rates.

 :dunno:

We frickin' GAVE away the mountains.  We don't deserve the rectangle.
