... this is 1 of those gut wrenching decisions that we are all faced with from time to time in our lives...

EMAW or Team Brasilia?

Lord only knows the internal conflict Gilson is going through right now.

A final decision has to be made, 1 way or the other, by tomorrow at 3:30 CST.  :ohno:

Jones, Truck, Hinds(the dude who told Boat to take a hike), and throw a little bit of the mad Turk in there, but other than that, what do they got?

Will they be any match for the swarm of JYC's?

68-63 KSU Cats

Is there any EMAW in the Insider article about 6'1" Combo guard Daiquan Walker from Philly linked below?

http://insider.espn.go.com/ncb/blog?name=finkelstein_adam&id=6618472&action=login&appRedirect=http%3a%2f%2finsider.espn.go.com%2fncb%2fblog%3fname%3dfinkelstein_adam%26id%3d6618472

The reason I ask is if you check his ESPN profile, you'll see KSU listed along with UConn and Rutgers

http://espn.go.com/mens-college-basketball/recruiting/player/_/id/139942/daiquan-walker

If there is KSU interest for Walker, it must be a pretty recent development as he did not mention KSU in the article linked below from May 21.

Schedule and brackets for this weekend's KC Classic, looks like primary courts to play will be at Rockhurst. I'm kinda disappointed the Martin Bros/All-Iowa Attack won't be playing, Paige and Gesell are ballers and absolutely worth going to see play, not in KC this year though.

KC 76ers and Mokan Elite will probably be there in full force. Unfortunately, I won't be able to go. KC Cat fans, this is a great chance to see Ojeleye, Cauley, Ruder, and Custer. Wainwright and Dominique Wilson might be running with the 76ers.

You're not the only major college hoopster who decided football was your true calling.

Sorry to interrupt Frankmania but Haith and Missouri made a significant additon to their staff with Tim Fuller from Louisville. DeArmond has an article up in the Star where he's crowing about it. Damage control article from L'ville linked below doesn't mention Fuller being primary recruiter for Class of '12 consensus 5* Rodney Purvis. If MU can pull off the Fuller/Purvis coup, I wouldn't say it's at the same level as Hill/Beasley but it's in the ballpark.

Cauley update supposedly included in link below, if anybody can share this info, well then, you're working yourself toward goEMAW elite status.

Tech at OU, tonight at 7, ESPN3

The shittiness of Tech can't be truly appreciated until you see them in person, and OU, well, they've got a shot to break 80 tonight(no joke).

Irresistible force vs. immovable object stuff tongiht folks, don't miss it!

Frank isn't about to stray from the "doghouse" treatment, and neither is Huggs

"If Kevin Jones has only figuratively disappeared this season, Truck Bryant and Danny Jennings have literally disappeared. Not technically suspended from the team, Bryant and Jennings didn't dress against VMI. More bizarrely, they also appeared to have been made to find their own way to the game in Charleston, arriving to the bench midway through the first half. It's not entirely clear what caused their absence, but Huggins did have this to say:

"We're not making the progress we need to make," Huggins said.

"We don't go hard everyday. We've got guys all the time that want to take practices off and not go hard, and don't want to listen.

"We're not going to do that under my watch. I'm going to play the guys and coach the guys that want to get better and listen. We're going to do things right. I want to coach guys who want to learn."

It's not clear when Bryant and Jennings will return to the floor, or if their absence will extend deeper into the season. I would argue that Bryant is this team's most important player. Getting him to a point where he is a leader on this team, not simply a contributor, has to be at the top of the agenda early on in this season."

A recent Zagsblog report(linked below) indicates Hill will be in NYC on Saturday. I'd hope he's taking advantage of that travel opportunity to visit/scout recruits but really tough to pinpoint who those specific recruits may be:

"The first annual Young World Athletic Association Coaches Clinic will take place on Saturday, Oct. 2, 2010, at Lehman College in the Bronx.

Featured speakers include Miami head coach Frank Haith, C.W. Post head coach Chris Casey and highly regarded Kansas State assistant Dalonte Hill."

"Hill is currently the associate head coach at Kansas State and he will lecture on transition offense."

Can't find BMW's retarded attempt at smack talk concerning the Amare Stoudemire Big Man Camp and I'm too lazy to look too hard for it, so I posted the complete roster below. 16 HS prospects, and 12 college players. Pullen is also in Chicago this weekend for the Deron Williams Skills Academy. Complete rosters for that linked below. A thorough investigation reveals KSU is the only school with 1 player at each respective camp.

Mississippi St. exile headed to Norman. Say what you will about Capel, but that guy can really persuade talent to come play for him. It's that "getting the talent to play together" aspect he's had trouble with.
