1.  Get a "push".  By this I mean, our defensive players that play with their hands on the ground, need to push up field, through the blockers, and touch the quarterback.  Maybe even push him over on occasion.

2.  Play fast.  Miami has fast players, so if we don't play fast also, there fastness will run past us, score touchdowns, etc., and make it hard for emaw to win this game.

1.  Control the ball.  When we have the ball, keep the ball, and then score the ball.  When they (opponent) have the ball, go get the ball, and then score the ball again.

2.  Be smart.  By this I mean play with the brains in your head as well as with your feet, arms, torso, legs, heart, etc.  If the Cats can think about what they are doing, and make smart decisions, look out folks!

If the Cats can do these 2 things, they should have a good shot of pulling a win out in week 1.  If not, they might be in for a bear fight.  Be purple, be State, go EMAW.

Did not realize it was KU day, just checking the Royals game.  Anyway, in the short time I was watching they showed KU players in the stands with hats turned backwards and sideways, feet hanging over seats, one guy with a big dip in his mouth.  Did not strike me as a "disiplined" group.  Could not help but think Snyder would never stand for K-State players to look like that out in public while representing the program.
