I work remote. I fly into the Chicago office about once a month for meetings.
And this mother roughrider never PMs me to go to Snickers smdhamh

This needs to be a coordinated gE rager once a month.

uber but for christmas lights.

I currently have this.  Sometime after Thanksgiving lights magically appear on my house.  Sometime after Christmas the lights magically disappear.

I remembered last night I still have that authentic mexican royals skull thing for the auction.  Maybe my procurement of it cursed them and it should be bought by a big fan and destroyed.
worked with the oakland a's platters

Ah yes....that was a tremendous evening.

I went ahead and settled for the 50k CSR offer.  It was time to switch from the CSP for the daily driver.

I'll double check it with them next month....but I'm 99.9% sure it's titanium.

I can assure you it wasn't high on my list either.  I just got tired of popping lortabs like PEZ and/or drinking a half bottle of vodka at night to go to sleep.  I hope you get it figured out.

Needing a new hip would make me feel a lot older than the knee pain was making me feel.

Well, you get a cool card to carry around with you to show the TSA when you fly.  Also you instantly gain about 10 pounds.
Permanent handicap placard?

No.  Just a card that you carry in your wallet that says you have new parts installed.  The metal detectors light up when you go through them.

My hip hurts sometimes too but only about 5% as much/often as my knee. My knee isn't constant pain. Just when I am exercising or when I get out of bed or have been sitting for a long time. Or when the weather changes. Or at random times.

Sounds like what I was dealing with.

The last time my knee hurt, I just carried on like nothing was wrong and the pain went away. So brain, maybe?

Well this has been going on for several years.

That's what they told me too. Ended up being my hip.

So your knee hurt but actually something was wrong with your hip?

Yes.  My hip never hurt.  All of the pain was down in my leg/knee.  After an MRI on my knee revealed nothing, they x-rayed my hip and it revealed that joint was absolutely destroyed.  Fast forward 11 months, new hip and no pain.  Hooray for modern medicine.

My knee hurts but the orthopedist x-rayed it and said it is perfectly fine.  :dubious:

That's what they told me too. Ended up being my hip.

It's an old Florida Heat Pump that was installed when the house was built around 93.  I'm not sure of the size, but my guy said the FHPs back in the day were usually "in between" capacities.  I'm guessing it was just enough for the size of house at the time, but really needed to jump to the next model up.

Thinking this is what I am going to go with in a month or two:

Model Number:  NDV064A111NTR0CA

Which includes the following items:
1. 60,000 Btuhs capacity ( 5 tons)
2. Factory installed Hot Water Generator
3. Full Variable Speed ECM Blower motor
4. Cupronickel water coil option
5. Right hand return
6. Aurora Performance Control option package
7. Intellistart compressor soft start up option
8. 10 year parts and 10 year labor warranty
9. 15 Kw internal auxiliary heater package
10 TPCC32U01 Communicating Programmable Color Touchscreen Thermostat with full energy and performance monitoring
11 High Efficiency Air Filtration

Also going to have them re-install the whole house humidifier that is currently in place.  They also have an option to install a second tank that holds the water from the hot water generator and hook it up to our current water tank which would give us 100 gallons of capacity (probably going to do this as well).

I'd use Waterfurnace or Comfort Aire..

Getting pricing on a Waterfurnace 5 series unit.  We already have an open loop unit so hopefully that helps a bit on the cost.

A bit OT, but what geothermal system should I purchase for my pad to replace an existing, old geothermal system?

Just applied and was approved for the CSR.  There should be no issues with transferring URs from the CSP to this account right?

Everyone's understanding here is that you shouldn't have been able to get a CSR while still having a CSP.  That's why the process has been to transfer all CSP URs to an Ink or Freedom, cancel the CSP and then get the CSR.

Well....I applied and was approved.  Could be because I was just an authorized user on my wife's account?  :dunno:

My car loan is with ally and that's who I was looking at for a bank.

I have used Ally for about 6 years.  They have been pretty great to work with.

what's the first non-rock item you're going to run through the crusher? lots of good options out there imo.

We used to feed our asphalt plant a beer once we got it set up for a new project.  We viewed is as a sacrifice to the asphalt gods to ensure a smooth job

I hope you put some clean rock and some drain tile behind that wall Tom.
with all the openings from the bags we'll probably be okay with water weeping through.

Possibly.....unless the dirt starts washing through the openings creating voids behind the wall.

Get her runnin' and I'll bring the rock. :driving:

It's going to take a lot more than a little bit of rock to fix that driveway.
