I think it's also used by people who just can't save money for a big purchase. They want to spend it as fast as they get it.

Best to worst:
Salina > Hutchinson > Garden City > Dodge City
I was going to make an argument on Hutch being in front of Salina, but the Salina Mall vs the Hutch Mall /Empty Ghost Mall is probably worth enough points to push Salina back in front. But there is a large gap between Hutch and Garden City.

Were you playing Hardcore (where a single shot can kill) or regular (where you have to shoot them loads of times to kill them)?
I prefer hardcore for two reasons, first it's called "hardcore" and I am a badass so that makes sense, and second it's actually easier to kill people.
Agree with this. Especially if you're a "spray and pray" type player. Regular mode always seems like you unload an entire clip into a guy and then he kills you. Hardcore you either kill him,or he just kills you faster.
