Apparently Kit Harington really did cut his hair, even though it wasn't noticeable.

There is an interesting theory out there that Hodor is actual a warg. He was warging with a horse, but something went wrong and now the horse's mind is trapped in Wylis's body. Hodor is the name of the horse, so keep an ear open for horse names in the flashbacks. (Maybe Lyanna's horse.)

Well maybe the horse was a warg too. What happens to the animal's mind when a warg takes over? I am not sure. Is the animal conscious of the person taking over their body or are they just "asleep"?
