Fitz is really sticking up for his guy on this. D Scott is clearly a valued employee in Fitz's eyes.

How many of you guys have an employer who would defend you and file a libel action on your behalf following an incident where you were intoxicated? Not many I bet.

I'm pretty positive when the judge hears this case he'll completely agree with FITZ that this a textbook case of libel. In fact, he may even say exactly that when the proceedings begin. "Folks, we got ourselves a textbook case of libel here".

And then when the ruling comes down in their favor, D Scott will probably personally thank him on Twitter and say "appreciate you". And he should, because justice will have been served.

I don't know the facts so I don't feel bad for anyone at the moment. I'd probably not feel bad for anyone if I did know the facts because a) stuff like this is usually not clearly one sided b) old people putting themselves in drunken bizarre college bar district situations at 1 AM on a weekday repeatedly
