"Basically, their version of events is the girls weren't in public view, they didn't catch him peeping, he didn't enter their bar, and yet they've publicly accused him of being a peeping Tom. Well, aside from their version of events not making any sense, they've done a textbook job of defining libel.
As for the "we just didn't want him to drive" lie, anyone who knows D knows he's the king of the Manhattan cab system or he crashes at the office. He would never mention driving home because he never does.
The problem is suing Rusty is fruitless. He can't pay his bills now. Just swimming in debt."
