"Basically, their version of events is the girls weren't in public view, they didn't catch him peeping, he didn't enter their bar, and yet they've publicly accused him of being a peeping Tom. Well, aside from their version of events not making any sense, they've done a textbook job of defining libel.

As for the "we just didn't want him to drive" lie, anyone who knows D knows he's the king of the Manhattan cab system or he crashes at the office. He would never mention driving home because he never does.

The problem is suing Rusty is fruitless. He can't pay his bills now. Just swimming in debt."

if it were me, i would be outraged the next morning and the next day and now especially today at being accused of peeping if i didn't. i'd be going off on twitter or whatever. but he had one tweet at 1am followed up by another quick one the next morning. both only say that they had girls changing in areas that were viewable. i mean even fitz has had more to say about it than dscott has. not exactly the actions of a social media regular who feels they were wronged publicly.
