Some things I noticed from yesterday...
1. Ertz was throwing tight spirals
2. Derricott is pretty damn good and loves Manhattan
3. Prewett  :surprised:
4. Clinkscales is one of the nicest guys ever. He laughed when I told him my hatred for Nebraska. Seemed to also be loving Manhattan.
5. Will Geary is a complete animal

So Shellshock was telling the truth the whole time.  :Woohoo: Tell us something we don't know about Mr. Origami Rose.  :gocho:

I'm not sure why anyone would doubt me with my ITK connection? Then again, nobody knows my source and i'm keeping it that way.

Pretty sure there is a NCAA rule against these.

It's a safety issue... If a kid gets earholed & KTFO'd, the training staff needs to be able to see eye dilation.  It's nearly impossible to see pupils through those things, hence a rule in all amateur football that visors are clear unless directed to be tinted by a doctor.

I imagine if it weren't a rule Oregon would have trotted out about 30 different shades by now.

I think the NFL has the same rule.

Start with everything he's told you about practices since you last posted info and then we'll go from there.

How well are Dvonta, Clinkscales, Geary, possible starters for this year doing in practice, etc.

Derricott is a probable outside LB starter...maybe not first game, but soon. It's strange to me how they have been using him on the outside and not in the middle. #TrustInBill I guess?
Clink needs to find his fire every play and not just once per series...not a projected starter and has been practicing with the scout team lately to help "motivate" him to want a spot on the gameday roster.
Will Geary = Stud...will more than likely start from day 1
Prewett = Stud...will start over Shellenberger if he doesn't screw something up
Warmack = In a heated RB battle right now. Bill is playing mind games with all of the RB's and will more than likely be RB by committee for the first couple games

Starting Defensive Line projections: Mueller, Geary, Britz and the other DE is still a tossup...they've been toying with a variety of people at that postion (from actual DE's to some down linebackers)

Haven't talked to my guy today yet, but we usually discuss these matters later after supper.
