What do they have to have/do when they leave? Just be in some degree track or a specified # of hours? Is it still tied to them doing well at their next institution? I can't remember. I am sure John is well aware.

Worst case is a postseason ban but the cruel irony is that if that happens it could be under another coach because the APR reporting lags a little bit. Essentially one of the APR components, retention, we obviously will have an issue with. Another potential issue is that all of these guys transferring stay on our books as far as grad rates. So if they don't eventually graduate, 6 years I think, we take the hit. There is an appeal process so that leaves Currie an opportunity to potentially trash these guys on the record.
