Mr. Chester how special are you...

prolly not skilled enough to help much next year, but could develop into a solid player for the next staff.  he's perfect.

Yep has great bounce and speed. Release is a little slow. I don't know USC scholarship situation, should be close to full.

so we are going to be bringing in 2 true FR PGs? and we are still going after JuCo PGs? Nigel might as well announce he is leaving.

Brown is a scorer not a point guard. But I would like Nigel to play the two versus the one.

He reminds me of Jevon. Very fun to watch him but I doubt much of his game translates to the college level.

I'll have to see him, he's two years older now. Guys can change a lot in that time. I'm going to hope for the next Kenny Chery. :D

Mr. Chester how special are you...
6-4 Jamall Gregory of Washington, DC made an official visit to USC over the weekend with his mother and he’s now ready to make his college decision.  Gregory said he plans to decide between the Gamecocks and Kansas State between now and Wednesday.  He has not yet visited Kansas State.
Gregory was not prepared to declare a public favorite Sunday after his visit to Columbia but he made it clear he fully enjoyed his time checking out the campus and the program.
“I liked the campus and the facilities,” Gregory said.  “I just liked everything I saw.  And there’s no NBA team there so we’ll have a big fan following when we start doing well.  I hung out with Coach Martin a little bit.  The teammates, they are good guys and seem genuine with what they were saying and they want to win.  I could see myself going in and helping out in the future.”
As for his decision, Gregory said that he would “probably coach Coach Martin and let him know then put it on social media or something.”
Gregory also has offers from DePaul, Canisius, Florida Gulf Coast, Rutgers and Minnesota.  He  averaged 15 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists per game this past season for his prep school in Delray Beach, FL.

I like that Ervin is 6-3 compared to Thomas at 6-0. Similar scoring/shooting numbers, but Ervin averaged 2 more assists per game.

Ervin is also a thicker kid with really long arms. His shooting numbers have improved each year, so that is a good sign. Haven't seen any recent games or highlights.

_FAN, all of his games at the JUCO tourney are archived on NJCAA TV.

I watched a little. Don't know how I feel. I guess numbers tell the truth.

He seems very active on the glass for a PG. Body wise and movement wise, he reminds me of Sherron Collins. He's a big kid that could stand to lose a few pounds to be honest. If he weighs under 200, I'd be stunned.
