oh and also Downsizing which started out really cool but ended up being a disaster

Yup. Makes you wonder what the hell happened in production. You'd think the terrible story would have been evident from the script.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, K-State fans could have beheaded the entire KU team at midcourt, and K-State fans would be celebrating it this morning.  They are the ISIS of Big 12 fanbases.

Watched The Domestics last night. It was surprisingly good! Like what Walking Dead should be if it wasn't completely Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!).

Super Troopers 2 was actually better than I thought it would be. More laughs than I expected for trying to force a 2nd one.

I'm thinking of renting a motion picture by the name of "A Quiet Place" to view tonight.  As many of you know I'm not a big fan of gory-type scary motion pictures.  My question is, is there a lot of gore and gory type stuff in this motion picture?  Or is it more of the type of which I prefer, which is to say, more of a suspense/thriller type?    :Secrets:

It’s hard for me to hate films where I love an actor in it, but Jim’s film is extremely overrated

I watched The Legacy of a Whitetail Deer Hunter on Netflix. It features Danny McBride and Josh Brolin. It's a comedy and it only had two scenes that made me chuckle.

Notice he didn't come back in here right away to report how awesome it was? You only do that when it's an A+ movie, but i'm sure it was underwhelming for him, just like it was for me.

it's pretty universally well-reviewed, and wacky said it was terrible. i don't know what more evidence you need that it's going to be great

as someone who also identifies themselves as a true john krasinski hater, i cannot, in good conscious, watch this film.  hey, the guy from the office,  you're a downgrade so stfu and go do your stupid shrugs and mannerisms into the camera somewhere else.
