Pretty crazy bloodbath, but probably a long time coming. A lot is FS1 coming into it's own. ESPN has, and still is in a lot of ways the king of the hill. But now it shares it with more services than other. I don't think it's a slow death, as more refocusing. Sucks to lose those guys, just as it sucked to lose grantland. They did outkick their coverage of the tv contracts, but as long as it as live events, which always does way better than any sort of regular programming, it's still going to be quite alright. People though who obsess over the opinion parts (Bayless, Stephen A, etc.) of sports always weird me out those. Like, who gives a crap about that.
