You aren't the boss of this thread!  :Carl:

But people like Dax should understand that no tournament like this has been on these fields before.  And yes soccer, especially in tournament format, is greatly different than football Saturday/Sunday even with practice mixed in.

He a smart guy.  While I do think he is trolling a bit, I also think he genuinely doesn't the differences and why the women feel disrespected.  Part of my 'educational' point is a hope people will understand how these decisions were made so we don't screw people over in the future.

I get why they feel disrespected, but the other side of the disrespect coin is the fact that literally no other country/venues were willling to host this tournament.

they are kind of just stuck with what they get.

Turned that game on 3 minutes in and was confused AF about Germany being in red and Norway in white.

Pretty funny thing from Monday. I was in Vancouver visiting my aunt with my mom and we got to attend the WWC games that day. My aunt made us shirts for the teams we saw and mine was a Swiss one. Anyway, I ended up getting interviewed before the games by a local Chinese TV station! They thought I was Swiss and they asked me about my trip and how I thought the team would do lol. I said Vancouvy was lovely and that it would be hard going up against the defending champs, but that we were happy to be here and that we would play hard like we always do.   :D

Incredible goal. There was another really great goal on a free kick a few days ago but I am failing to remember who it was.
Not very good at this BBS'in thing.
