Bran probably already knows and he just hasn't mentioned it yet. Tyrion will inexplicably be able to ride a dragon and then in the last episode Bran will say "Oh yeah, Tyrion is a Targaryen, didn't you all know?"

He's not a Targ so not an issue. Meera is the third. But for purposes of the show it really doesn't matter whether there are two more riders or not. In fact I kinda doubt we'll see Jon or Meera riding dragon style.
