Jesus, hope you don't have to put your clothes back on after that swoll session tho. What a mess.

It’s not like I have to wear a suit everyday. I get to work out and come home and take a shower and then go back to work. I guess being ~5 min from anywhere in MHK is also a perk.

the idea of having to get dressed for work twice in one day is a nightmare

it is terribly inefficient, but still worth it if I miss the morning

i started at 294
268

263 this morning, 30 lbs down from mid-December. my size 40 pants are too big and my 38 pants are getting looser. i've gone down two notches in my belt. all good stuff.

i hit 256 this weekend. my belt has 5 holes. in december i was on the 2nd belt hole and i'm officially on the 5th and final belt hole. soon i will have to buy a new belt.

246 this morning, so the overall weight loss has slowed a bit but who cares i'm feeling great and know i'll keep losing if i keep doing what i'm doing. i was just on vacation for basically 3 weeks and only gained one pound, which was surprising and awesome. i bought some new jeans this weekend, i wouldn't call them skinny jeans but i wouldn't have dreamed of buying them six months ago.

Guys, time to fire this baby up. We all gotta get jacked AF before SL's first round of Catbacker events!
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

I can't think of any better motivation than to be able to impress our guy SL.

Question for resident swole cats; I’ve been pretty disciplined the last 4 months on a progressive push/pull/legs routine, but am now starting to plateau on certain core exercises. My question is what is the best way to progress going forward.

Example:

Push day:
Still progressing on bench press, but overhead press and incline bench press have stalled.
Typical exercise order is bench, OHP, incline bench

Today the bench was not open and I didn’t want to wait so I did incline first and finished a weight I’d failed at for at least 3 workouts. I also failed at bench press, but believe I would have completed it had I done bench first.

Best to stick with the intended exercise order or switch up the sequence of exercises to increase more weight in all three?

What always worked for me(was pretty swole back in the day) was lower weight WAY higher reps. Did this for a week or two with progressively more reps. Once I was done with that week or two would switch back. Gave my muscles a change of pace and made them rebuilt and “think” in a different way.

Have we talked about the Carnivore Diet?  It seems like almost everyone in crypto is doing it and loves it.  Anyone done it?  Eating steak and bacon all day every day seems like a pretty good thing.  I’ve read a couple articles and seems legit.

That doesn’t answer my question but I remember seeing this earlier today.  I’m honestly looking for some feedback on this.

I mean just think about it. That’s a less balanced version of Atkins/Keto. I’m sure it works but is not good for long term health.

I mean, we really don’t know yet on long term.  This article is very interesting.
