95% false, CDubya.

I feel sorry for people who felt like their college experience was effort.  Pathetic.
Agreed for the most part.   However, some degrees make similar wages to non degree jobs.
And that cheddar.  I'd say fully half of all college graduates shouldn't have bothered.

You sound like a loser.  Socially.

Hanging Christmas lights on the house is def worth it. But it's a total waste of time to try to save those shitty little lights you put on Christmas trees. Half the time they won't work again next year anyway. I just toss em with the tree.

Painting (doing it right) sucks and I'd rather pay someone else to do it.

Same goes for oil changes.

Same goes for washing my car. The $6 car wash down the street is well worth it.

Hanging christmas lights yourself is not worth it

Hey Breads, i'm glad you enjoyed college for the social aspect, I mean usually people don't need to pay for adult day care until they are old and infirmed, but you do you.  Its just my opinion that people who aren't going to college to be a more kick ass person and well skilled in a trade with a good return on their investment should consider full time bartended for 4 years before taking a job they could have got out of high school.  It will keep everyone else's tuition down that that many fewer mouthbreathers flunking out of 101 classes, make drinks cheaper with the sudden influx in bartending supply, and save me from having to read on my facebook feed how pissed off those losers are that they have $80k in student loans and a communications degree to show for it.

id say about 70% of college degrees are worth it, with the possibility that another 25% are worth it if you get a higher degree.
I think what my friend Mitch is trying to say is that true love is blind.

It's creepy that you think it's mutually exclusive, because you know financial losers and you're apparently a social loser.  Like it never occurred to you that you could have it all.  And before you even try, you definitely don't.

Well, that went just about as imagined.

I didn't mean to seem like I meant college is not worth it for the general population. I was only speaking for myself. At this point in my life, I understand it's "worth it" from an "I need a degree to do this job in society's eyes", but it is not at all worth it financially/effort wise.

You all are the ones footing the bill any way.

My point wasn't that you couldn't have it all, but that if you couldn't, if you were primarily in college for the social aspect, you could just live in a college town and do something else with your time and not shell out thousands in tuition every semester that you don't expect any return on.  And furthermore, eat a dick Breads.

Also, trying to find the perfect emoticon for your post.
Fifteen minutes later, when the Kansas locker room opened its doors to the media, the Jayhawks were still crying. Literally, bawling. All of them. I've never seen anything like it, and I've seen devastated college locker rooms -- after losses in the Final Four, the national championship game -- ever

people need to quit beating around the bush, it's not just one aspect of decorating for christmas, or decorating for christmas in general, it's decorating for all holidays. not worth it.
