There will be more militarily personnel on duty in DC that day than will be in Afghanistan and Iraq combined, which is quite the indictment of the the current state of the country. The biggest threat will be from any potential insurgents within the ranks, again sad that this is even a thought.

Bad news: she has apparently been on a waiting list but no one told her, and wouldn't have unless she asked, then they sent her to the wrong place at the hospital complex to get it, they gave it to her anyway, and equally important gave her an actual appointment on February 5 to get the second shot.
