Landon is a good representative of ku

Pretty average.

I meant his characteristics are very common in KU fanbase

Yeah.  My meaning too.  The avg ku guy.

Beems might be my little brother, actually. Mark, if that's you please text mom. She said you didn't answer your door when she knocked about dinner the last two nights.
I think what my friend Mitch is trying to say is that true love is blind.

I think my favorite part out of all of this is KU fans playing the "what if this happened" game on things that didn't happen.

I think my favorite part is all of the K-State fanboys who are writing off unprovoked violence like it's some sort of normal, everyday thing.

i wish ku fans would stop calling it battery. he was charged with disorderly conduct, not battery.

he got as many battery charges against him as traylor did (1 less point tho).

Would have been a try hard chart point if he was Nino.

they have a pretty significant history of not calling a crime what it really was

Big Brother

sorry but ksu is 6-1 vs ku in major college sports this year (football being worth 5 basketball wins). but maybe there will be a rematch in the tourney and ku can narrow that gap.

KU fans complaining about the banana incident from 1978 grows tiresome.  How quickly they forget it was a merely a response to the antics orchestrated by ku students a few weeks before.  From the February 25, 1983 LJ World:

"In January 1978, KU fans at Allen Fieldhouse tossed hot dogs onto the court when flashy Wildcat Curtis Redding was introduced, as an indication of his gregarious on-court manner. . . . The Cat fans responded in kind the following month, tossing more than 100 bananas onto the court when Jayhawk Donnie Von Moore was introduced in front of a Manhattan crowd."

Sounds like KSU stopped being so racist before I was born, so thankfully I don't have to associate myself with any of that banana business.

or is Big Brother a reference to 1984? that is the last year he mentioned in his apology.  :horrorsurprise:

anyway, question for kstate fans...how mad would you be if after he hit Traylor, Traylor turned around and knocked him out? you would be calling for his head.
[/quote]

Don't worry about how K-State fans would react to that hypothetical.  If that event actually occurred, KU should react by immediately placing Traylor on football scholarship.

BMW tweeted to the university president of Kansas State and told him his university was "a joke" and called him a "clown boy" because a fan bumped jamari.  He's lost his damn mind.

The apology was a non-apology and included a bunch of subtle digs at KU.  Your entire university, from the University President to chicken wing boy, have a huge inferiority complex when it comes to KU, and the entire country got to see it on full display.

My favorite part of all of this is that KU fans seem to think that "the whole country" tuned in to watch an early-week game between an underwhelming KU team and a shitty 13-15 team.

yeah. I mean, if a story like this happened outside the Big XII I probably would never even know about it. But then again I don't watch Around the Horn so......

- brandon green throws a ball and hits k-state coed in the shoulder before the game, causing a contusion.
- kelly oubre intentionally trips Marcus Foster almost separating his shoulder.
- oubre also intentionally throws elbow into Nino Williams face, slightly dislocating his jaw and bloodying lip.
- KU bench players intentionally trip Nigel Johnson after a made 3 pointer, skinny his knee.

all this hullabaloo is a ploy from Massa Self to keep the attention off how undisciplined and embarrassing his team is. and KU fans are so sad, they feel like if they can win the argument on courtstorming (no injuries involved), they can somehow forget they got their ass kicked by the worst K-State team in a decade.

Is Townsend the one witha drug crime conviction?
Negative. That pillar of society comes off his two-week suspension this weekend.

Townsend is the one who gave court-side tickets to a porn star a few years ago. Seriously have to start questioning this guys decision-making ability. He must have pics of Self and BGL in some sort of 50 Shades of Grey situation.

At what point do KU people stop questioning the behavior of a 20-year-old college kid and start questioning the behavior of the basketball program's leadership.

We're nearly 48 hours into this ku meltdown, and I don't see any signs of this ceasing.
