If we get Barnes I doubt either of those will commit to us.

How many defensive backs is too much?

Barnes is a CB and both of those guys are safeties. We should take about 5 or 6 DBs in this class considering how thin we are there.

with Barnes off the table, that leaves us with two options for another CB: amik robertson (less likely) and tancey richardson (more likely).

I didn't list Tancey earlier because he's most likely headed to Juco. It's why his visit didn't happen this past weekend.

In this case, it wasn't bc of us. Amik had offers from Texas and LSU. Had a kid and UTSA is closest to home.

Barnes had offers from OU, USC, etc.

Fields to ASU. Did the fake out on ND, then ASU, then grabbed our hat....smashed it down and went back for the ASU Hat.

Just saw that Evan Fields video. I am normally have no issues about how high school kids handle their recruitment but that video didn't sit well with me. He's kind of a dick.

Had a, "nah, eff that," feeling when he put our hat so close to on and then sort of slammed it down. But, whatever gonna get my hopes up on Elijah Walker and let those hopes be crushed too.
