Yesterday I was walking into this office building in Chicago and they had to check my ID to let me go upstairs. Anyhow this guy says "Ohhh Kansas!" and I was like "yep that's Kansas alright." And he goes "Kansas State!" and I responded "whoa. really? did you go there?" and he was like "no but my boy did...Jacob Pullen."

Apparently Pullen and this guy were best friends back in high school. We talked for three minutes or so about how great Jake is, and I told him how well liked he is back in MHK and it was really just a special interaction between two huge Cats fans.
