Did Wacky just accuse others of trying too hard on a message board? Christ.
Also, lots of complaining that this message board isn't very fun because of all the anti-Bruceites like myself, but I've got to say, we let you get on with cheering for oscar and the Cats without being judgy little c*nts about it. We may disagree with your conclusions, but we don't shame you for them. If you're not careful this place will become GPC. A diversity of opinions is a good thing. What would a message board be without a few dissenters?
Yeah, this isn't true. #LIFE would like Tyler Dreiling and myself dead. Anyone who's pored an ounce of optimism over the years has been called the problem with this fanbase, etc. That's fine if you want to burn it down and all, but to say you haven't watched a single game and still take the effort out of your day to post about it on a K-state message board is funny in all kinds of ways. And by you, i'm not saying you, i'm saying brown poster Purpleoil. Most of the BID'rs have ran to hibernation until this team fails and then they'll be back out in full force.
Yeah, I mean, #LIFE is a psychopath. I'm not sure he's a #BIDer as much as he is a completely unhinged monster. Purpleoil may not be a great poster, but this was a thread for introspection, if you start going in on other dudes for being honest, then you'll get less honesty. I don't think that's what anybody wants here. And, hell, maybe I don't pay enough attention, but I haven't really gotten the vibe that #BID blames the average oscar supporter for oscar. It seems like that's above your pay grade. Everybody deals with oscar in their own way, and he's been a polarizing figure everywhere he's been, so I think it's perfectly fine to party rock when oscar wins if you're the kind of dude who can find some joy in that. You do you, homie. But, I also don't think it's "trying too hard" for those of us who can't enjoy oscar to find ways to stay engaged with Cats basketball. I fact, I think it's admirable.
